Privacy Policy
Effective September 13, 2026
This policy explains how FacilityMix handles information when you browse the website, contact us, or use the service.
Scope
FacilityMix is operated by the company named in the Terms of Service. This policy applies to facilitymix.com, its public forms, accounts, and facility scheduling service. In this policy, “FacilityMix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company and the FacilityMix service it operates. A separate offering or agreement may include additional privacy terms when appropriate.
Information we handle
FacilityMix may handle:
- Contact information and messages you submit, including your email address and the contents of a contact request.
- Quote information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, role, facility profile, and operating needs.
- Technical information processed to deliver and protect the site, such as network, browser, device, request, and security signals.
- For account holders, account identity, sign-in and session records, facility access, and the facility schedule you are authorized to use.
- Schedule information such as booking labels, dates, times, spaces, responsible staff, operational notes, space blocks, change reasons, and change history.
- Venue feedback, including your report, replies, files you choose to attach, and automatic page and browser diagnostics used to reproduce the issue.
- Other information you choose to provide in later communications.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, customer records, health information, participant records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or schedule notes.
How information is used
FacilityMix uses information as reasonably needed to:
- respond to messages and prepare requested pricing discussions;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
- authenticate account holders and enforce their facility access;
- display, create, change, block, and review the authorized facility schedule and its history;
- review private feedback, respond, and publish a separate reviewed idea summary within the same workspace;
- detect and prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
- understand interest in FacilityMix; and
- comply with law and protect rights, safety, and the service.
When information is disclosed
FacilityMix uses service providers that help host, protect, operate, authenticate, and deliver communications from the service. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate misuse, protect people or rights, or complete a business transaction. FacilityMix does not sell the personal information described in this policy.
Local preferences
FacilityMix stores a light-or-dark theme preference in your browser when you use the theme control. The public site does not currently use that preference for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Form protection
Public forms use an abuse-prevention service that may process limited network, device, browser, interaction, and IP-address information to distinguish ordinary submissions from automated traffic.
Retention and choices
Quote and contact submissions are delivered to a monitored inbox and retained only as long as reasonably needed. Private feedback text, replies, and attached files expire 12 months after the report’s latest activity by default; a minimal reference and audit record may remain. Published idea summaries have a separate lifecycle. FacilityMix retains account, access, schedule, and audit information as needed to provide the service, preserve authorized change history, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may retain technical records under their own practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Submit a request through the FacilityMix contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
FacilityMix is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Contact FacilityMix if you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website.
Security, changes, and contact
FacilityMix uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website and the information it handles. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
FacilityMix may update this policy as the website or its practices change. The effective date will be revised, and additional notice will be provided when required. Questions and requests can be submitted through the FacilityMix contact form.
