Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026
These terms set the general ground rules for accessing FacilityMix and using the information, forms, and offerings made available through it.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FacilityMix. In these Terms, “FacilityMix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Long Play Works, Inc. By accessing or using FacilityMix, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live.
FacilityMix offerings
FacilityMix provides information and may offer software, tools, communications, or related services for facility operators. The features, availability, eligibility, support, pricing, and other terms of an offering are those presented at the time or documented in a separate agreement.
Website descriptions are general and may change. They do not guarantee that a particular capability, integration, result, launch date, or commercial arrangement will be available. Do not rely on FacilityMix as the only copy of critical operational, financial, customer, or business records.
Your information and responsibilities
You must provide information you are authorized to share and keep it accurate when accuracy matters to a request. You remain responsible for your facilities, personnel, customers, programs, contracts, payments, taxes, regulatory obligations, and business decisions. FacilityMix is not a party to relationships between you and your customers, staff, vendors, or partners unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant FacilityMix a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use them only as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide an agreed offering, secure and maintain FacilityMix, and carry out your instructions.
Acceptable use
You may not use FacilityMix to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- submit deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful material;
- send spam, scrape personal information, or use information for unrelated or unauthorized purposes;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, or misuse security controls, rate limits, access rules, forms, or infrastructure; or
- reverse engineer or copy FacilityMix except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Pricing and separate agreements
A quote request is an invitation to discuss possible terms, not an offer or commitment. FacilityMix pricing may change. Current pricing and offer details are available on the pricing page. Final commercial terms will be presented before purchase or documented in a separate agreement. If separate written terms conflict with these Terms, they control for that offering.
Third-party services
FacilityMix may link to or work with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, billing, availability, and review decisions. FacilityMix is not responsible for a third-party service merely because it is linked, referenced, or integrated.
FacilityMix property
FacilityMix and its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by FacilityMix or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use FacilityMix as permitted; they do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. If you send feedback, FacilityMix may use it without restriction or payment to you.
Availability and disclaimers
FacilityMix may experience interruptions, errors, maintenance, data loss, or substantial changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FacilityMix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FacilityMix and its directors, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from FacilityMix. FacilityMix’s total liability for all claims relating to an offering will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for that offering during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using FacilityMix at any time. FacilityMix may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably needed to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or material harm to FacilityMix or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
FacilityMix may update these Terms as its website or offerings change. The effective date will be revised, and additional notice will be provided before a material change takes effect when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the FacilityMix contact form.
